Personal Care Agreements |

A Personal Care Agreement is an agreement for a person who wants or needs a personal care attendant in order to remain living at home and independent. Personal Care Agreements discuss what care will be provided and provide for compensation for the person providing the care. For certain purposes, it is required to have the Personal Care Agreement in writing. Also, having the agreement in writing protects both parties. It can be made short and simple or comprehensive depending on the client’s wishes and circumstances.
