From I-93 approaching from the North or South

From Interstate I-93 approaching from the North or South, go to exit 20 (the Lake Winnipesaukee Exit).  At end of the ramp take a left onto NH Route 3 East and go approximately 10 miles. When approaching the center of Laconia, the Landmark Hotel will be on your left at the traffic lights, and the Melcher and Prescott Insurance building will be across the intersection to your right.  At this intersection take a right (the signs states “To Rt. 106”). Immediately after passing the Melcher and Prescott Insurance building (which is the first building on your left), you will see next on your left a white clapboard colonial style building with our sign in front of the building. That white building is our office. The Northway Bank is directly across the street, and Quik Laundry Dry Cleaning is behind us. The Laconia Chamber of Commerce, the Meredith Village Savings Bank and Dunkin Donuts are beyond us, so you have gone too far if you see them.

From NH Route 106 approaching from the South

Stay on NH Route Rte 106 heading North and entering into Laconia. After you come down the hill into Laconia, and as you are approaching the downtown lights, you will pass Dunkin Donuts, the Meredith Village Savings Bank and the Laconia Chamber of Commerce on your right. After that, you will see a white clapboard colonial style building on your right with our sign in front of the building. That white building is our office. The Northway Bank is directly across the street, and Quik Laundry and Dry Cleaning is directly behind us. If you go all the way to the downtown traffic lights with the Melcher and Prescott Insurance building on your right, you have gone to far.
